Shared Apartment

In a shared apartment in Annecy, French language students, will have your own bedroom and share the kitchen and bathroom shared with flat mates (2 or more).

IFALPES's accommodation service will send you more information about your apartment 2 weeks before your arrival. Arrival on the Sunday before your course and a departure on the Saturday after your course.

The shared apartments are available per month (according to the session dates). If you wish to stay for a shorter period, please contact us for availability and prices.

460€ per month and per person with all charges included

Deposit: 1 month’s rent
The apartments are situated in the town centre of Annecy and on the outskirts.
Prices vary depending on the availability, situation and comfort. House insurance is commonly required by the owner.
