Individual Studios or apartments

We have variety of studio flats or apartments in the centre of Annecy or on the outskirts.
IFALPE's accommodation service will be happy to find a solution for your needs depending on the number of people who will stay in the apartment.

Between 550€ and 730€ per month. No extra charges if electricity costs remain reasonable

Each studio is one room equipped with a kitchen corner, bedroom corner (sofa bed) and bathroom. They are between 20 and 30m²
Deposit: 1 month’s rent

The studios are located in Annecy (or its surroundings) or in a residence close to the school (20 minutes walk from the town centre).
Prices vary depending on the availability, situation, comfort and the number of renters. House insurance is commonly required by the owner. Arrival on the Sunday before your course and a departure on the Saturday after your course.
